“Eat to live, don't live to eat.”

SURGE IN ONLINE ORDERING

In the initial phase of pandemic people were forced to quarantine themselves for more than 6 months. During this period, malls, cinema halls, stores, etc were shut down except hospitals, pharmacies and grocery shops. As soon as the situation came under control, people stared ordering online a lot. People started eating junk and unhealthy food, as a result their diet was affected which resulted in lethargic attitude.

Due to the pandemic, eating schedule of everyone has been affected immensely. Our digestion process is disturbed which can cause many problems. Getting sick in a situation like this where people are fighting for their lives doesn't look wise of us.
